Saturday, August 28th, is Picture Day for CYFA. The pictures will take place at J.J. Biello Riverside Athletic Complex - the same location as Jamboree. Please make sure that you attend, even if you aren't interested in purchasing individual pictures of your child. The group pictures taken on Saturday will be the pictures that will be in the yearbook, so it would be nice to have the entire teams represented.

On picture day Peachtree Imaging knows the importance of taking the hassle out of standing in lines. Their barcode technology does just that. It offers you a choice of which individual camera to go to instead of waiting in long lines.

Peachtree Imaging is also offering a new service that was introduced at the Team Mom meeting. This is an action shot poster - very high quality and comes in two different versions. Take a look at the flyer and let your team mom know if you are interested in having one of these made for your child - football or cheer.

It's a very simple three step process:

Display tent: extra envelopes, pens and samples of products will be on display. You will see CYFA's unique logo on Memory Mates, Magazine Covers and Trader cards. Make your package selection, fill in your envelope. They accept 3 types of payment: cash, checks and credit cards.

Cashiers tent: take your envelope and money to the cashiers table and hand this to one of our friendly cashiers. At that time a barcode will be placed on your envelope and you will receive a camera card with your child's name, team name and a barcode number that matches your envelope.

Photographer: take your camera card to any individual camera and have your portrait taken. Give this card to the photographer; they will scan the card that will link to your information/identification. Group pictures will be taken after individuals.
