This is for football players only; cheer uniforms will be handed out separately. Please note that your child MUST be present to be fitted for his helmet and shoulder pads. You will NOT be given these items if your player is NOT present. Please note the location of equipment handout for your district and come during your time slot. We have a lot of players to fit and the schedule is set in order to make the handout process go as quickly as possible. Please do not come during another district’s time period as we may not have the proper colors for your district available at that time.

Do not forget you must have a check for $100 for your equipment deposit. There is also a $25 late fee due for those of you who missed July 17th and July 24th. There is only one fee per family for those of you with multiple children. This late fee covers the cost of expedited shipping. We will need cash or a separate check made out to CYFA.

If you need pants or need to swap sizes please be sure to come during your District’s time slot. WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO DIG OUT THE COLORS YOU NEED IF YOU COME AT THE WRONG TIME!!! Please try on the game pants with the pads to be sure they fit. If they don’t fit please come this weekend to swap.

Remember, if you have your own helmet and shoulder pads, CYFA must approve the fit of that equipment for insurance purposes. Please bring the equipment and the player so we can fill out the paperwork!

If you are having any other problems with your equipment, please bring it up on Saturday so we can correct the problem. Tight helmets are NOT a problem. Helmets should be tight. If they are causing a headache, then it is a problem! Have your child run in the yard with his helmet and practice putting his helmet on and off. It will be easier when he is sweaty!

For your convenience, Play It Again Sports will be at both locations with practice gear, mouth guards and anything else you might need for the season
