We are in need of coaches for football and cheer for
the 2010 season. Coaches forms are now available right here to download
and fill out. These applications need to be completed and sent in
ASAP. A county background check will be required - the fee
of $14 is payable with your application. Please mail applications
to: If you wish to hand deliver your application you can take it to the Mailboxes Unlimited located just down from Ultimate Sports off Towne Lake Parkway (in the Publix Shopping Center). Just ask them to place the application (make sure it is in a sealed envelope with our address on it) in our mailbox. Click
Here to download the CRPA Background Check Form Head Coaches will also be required to get certification from the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA). This is a certification you will have to get on your own - and it must be updated every year if you already have one.
